At Aaranya, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every piece of jewellery you purchase, but if for any reason your product is delivered damaged, here’s our policy to handle returns and refunds fairly and efficiently.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
- Products are eligible for return only if delivered damaged.
- The damage must be documented in a video recorded at the time of opening the parcel. Videos recorded after the parcel has been opened will not be accepted.
- The item must be in the condition it was received.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Timeframe
- Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery, along with the required video evidence.
- Requests made after this period or without video proof will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process and Timing
- Once your claim is received and verified, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 8-10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Options
- Exchanges are available only for items delivered damaged and verified via video.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged, you must record a video while opening the parcel.

- Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- All products are non-returnable for reasons other than being delivered damaged.
- Products that are opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or refund.
7. Return Shipping Cost
- For verified damaged products, one side Aaranya and other side will cover the return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs for other reasons are not applicable, as only damaged deliveries are eligible.
